KEY PERSONNEL

Directors

Damian Veneris and Shawn Veneris are the driving forces behind Steelrod. They ensure the team work cohesively on each project and that together the end result meets/exceeds client expectations. They are regular contributors to charities favouring organisations assisting children with health and social problems.

Production Supervisor

Craig Paddon-Jones manages incoming and outgoing communications with our customers on behalf of the Directors in relation to production of the jobs within each workshop. Craig also works closely with the leading hands in relation to the smooth running of the workshops including the management of personnel to ensure Customer needs are met.

Operations Manager

Steve Beltramelli prepares estimates/quotes for special project work including tenders. Liaising with customers and managing the projects along with the Leading Hands to deliver the result our customers desire. Steve is also the contact person for Hard Lock Nut enquiries.
