Key Personnel

Directors
Damian Veneris and Shawn Veneris are the driving forces behind Steelrod. They ensure the team work cohesively on each project and that together the end result meets/exceeds client expectations. Damian and Shawn are regular contributors to various charities, favouring organisations assisting children with health and social problems.

Office Manager
Fiona Thomas manages all Administration, Finance, IT operations and the Quality Management throughout the business along with PA functions for the Directors. Fiona brings to the business manufacturing knowledge from 18 years experience in the manufacturing sector.  Fiona also works closely with Administration staff and the Production Managers to achieve the optimal outcome for our Customers and the Steelrod business.

Production Managers
Grant Turner and Michael Tunny manage incoming and outgoing communications with our customers on behalf of the Directors in relation to production of the jobs within each workshop. Both Managers work closely with the leading hands to ensure the smooth running of the workshops including the management of personnel, working together to meet our Customer needs.
